Our teams' Lettings and management experience, reputation, and local knowledge in letting and managing properties ensure Landlords are fully supported and informed at all times.

We work in partnership with a company called Green Door who are specialist’s in property management, they take care of the pre tenancy paperwork for your new tenancy and will deal with the day to day management of your property.

Advice is given on your property and tenancy to ensure you meet the constantly changing government legislation and achieve the maximum return on your investment.

As members of Propertymark, we pride ourselves on meeting higher industry standards than the law demands. We undertake regular  training to ensure we are up to date with best practice and complex legislative changes. This means we can offer you the best advice.

Our service is backed by a Client Money Protection Scheme, which guarantees that your money is protected.

All properties

  • Market appraisal, photos and virtual tour 
  • Property marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and our own website
  • Full tenant referencing to include a credit check, income verification and a previous landlord reference (if applicable)
  • Tenancy Agreement prepared and sent for electronic signing
  • Security deposit registered and protected with an approved Government scheme
  • All necessary documents served on the tenants to ensure compliance

  • Your first rent will be collected with a detailed statement showing income and expenditure

Rent collection

  • Your rent is collected each month with detailed statements showing income and expenditure.
  • Pursuance of tenant arrears and serving of appropriate notices
  • Ensuring date-sensitive tasks are met, such as annual gas safety checks, EPCs, EICRs
  • Facilitate the deposit return at the end of the tenancy
  • Propertyfile – you get online access to documents, statements and information regarding the property and tenancies, all in one place.

  • Full Management (in addition to rent collection)
  • Dealing with all property maintenance issues raised and appointing the necessary contractors
