Having moved to Scotland in August last year I have dealt with numerous companies and organisations and become incredibly frustrated and angry by the lack of understanding of issues, failure to deal with issues and not being able to speak to the same person twice.
However, my dealings with David Doyle from initial viewings/sale all the way through to completion have been excellent. Every time I left a message for Deborah she would get back to me the same day or early the next day. She was always understanding, calm and on top of the issues. That was exactly what we needed being so far away from things. I am delighted with the service you have all given us….

I am writing to congratulate the whole team at David Doyle because from the outset of my dealings with you all, I have been treated with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. My house was under offer very quickly but the route to exchange has been long and tortuous. If it were not for Deborah your Sales Progressor, I might have given up the whole idea of moving! She has replied to all my emails and telephone calls promptly, keeping me updated whatever was happening on progress or delays but more importantly offering a sympathetic ear when needed and assurance that gave me great confidence to keep going. Her tenacity and perseverance was constantly in evidence throughout all the negotiations that were needed and totally "On my side".
